Original Hot Yoga

Too many people deal with pain in their bodies and stress in their minds. Our Original Hot Yoga classes get you back to feeling like your best self so you can live the life you want without being held back by anything!

Original Hot Yoga is a 90 minute, heated yoga class that transforms your body from the inside out … FOR REAL. The set series of postures that make up this class are scientifically designed to stretch every muscle, nourish every cell, and strengthen every ligament and joint in your entire body. These specific postures also help to improve the health of your internal organ systems which leads to long-lasting vitality and overall good health.

On another level, Original Hot Yoga challenges you to tap into your mental strength and concentration so deeply that you access a meditative state while changing and improving your physical body.

Original Hot Yoga, also referred to as “Bikram Yoga,” was made popular in the United Stated in the 1970’s; however, the postures in every OHY class (just like all yoga postures!) have been around for thousands of years. The fact that OHY is the same set series of postures in every class gives you the opportunity see real progress and learn an immense amount about yourself.

Last but not least, OHY is hands down, the most therapeutic, healing yoga class ever created while also being an insanely powerful and effective workout. Meaning that if you’re injured, if you have pain in your body, if your joints feel creaky, you can come in and take OHY, and you will literally feel better - more mobile, lighter, less pain, better sleep, less stress - after every single class.

This class is heated to 100 - 105 degrees.


Inferno Hot Pilates

Our lifestyles cause too many people to suffer unnecessarily from chronic pain.

Inferno Hot Pilates gives our students the workout they crave with the therapeutic benefits their bodies need!

Strength, cardio, flexibility, stamina, control, determination, perseverance, confidence. You will gain ALL of these qualities (and then some!) when you take our Inferno Hot Pilates classes.

This 60-minute, high intensity, low impact class based around Pilates Principles will strengthen your core and transform your body. Practicing this class produces fast results in both how you look and how you feel. Develop real strength, tone your stomach, legs, and arms, and get a low impact cardio workout all in one class.

If that sounds amazing (which we know, it does!) wrap your head around the fact that because every IHP class strengthens your core (think: stomach, glutes, and pelvic floor), your spine will be healthy and supported so you can live life confidently doing what you love!

This class is heated to 95 degrees.


Hometown Hot Yoga

60 or 75 mins

All too easily, our daily lives lead to stress, overwhelm, and uncertainty. Time is short, energy is scarce, and enthusiasm can wane.

Our Hometown Hot Yoga classes allow you to find the calm and peace that you crave, while stretching and strengthening your entire body. Feel awesome. Access your inner peace. And enjoy your life!

This 60-75 minute (duration will be notes on schedule) heated yoga class provides a profound opportunity for brand-new beginner yogis and experienced practitioners alike to improve their strength and flexibility. The consistency and familiarity of many of the Original Hot Yoga postures combined with the opportunity to try new poses will keep your mind engaged and your body feeling awesome.

No matter what your experience, limitations, injuries, or insecurities may be, come to this class. Hometown Hot Yoga really is a class for everyone.

Hometown Hot Yoga is teacher led, meaning the teacher practices a significant amount of the postures with you, giving great visual and audio cues and instruction.

This class is heated to 100 - 105 degrees.


Inferno Sculpt

Sculpt is our very own high intensity, low impact fitness class with the addition of hand-weights and resistance bands. Following the same structure as Inferno Hot Pilates, our Sculpt class helps our students build core strength while improving their cardiovascular systems.

All of the exercises in Sculpt are simple and beginner-friendly, and given our range of hand weights, student can easily scale the workouts based on their needs.

What kinds of exercises you might be wondering? We’re glad you asked :) Think: goblet squats with a heavy weight, wide-legged half burpees with a hammer curl shoulder press, and good old fashioned renegade rows. Not to mention, entire glute bridge series with a resistance band. Yowza!

Vinyasa Hot Flow

Plenty of people know they need to recharge, but knowing how is an entirely different story, which is exactly why we offer Vinyasa Hot Flow. In this heated yoga class, you'll use your breath to flow from pose to pose. In Vinyasa Hot Flow, you'll connect your breath with your own body's movement. Th represent focus that you feel in vinyasa lets the outside world melt away while you take time for the most important person in your life - you! This is an all-levels class, suitable no matter what your fitness level is.


Hot Hour

60 min

It's normal to crave the amazing stretch and deep peace of mind that Original Hot Yoga brings but to not be able to fit the full 90 minutes into your busy schedule. Which is exactly why we offer Hot Hour a few times throughout the week. This 60-minute version of the powerful and therapeutic Original Hot Yoga class allows you to sweat through all 26 of the original poses in the course of a one hour class. Some poses will be practiced in one set, others will have two sets, and you'll even get a chance to flow some poses together.
