In this one hour class, you'll work your core to its max so that you build the strength to support the rest of your body, specifically your back.
The core (glutes, thighs, abs, plevic floor muscles) have such an important job to absorb shock so that shock doesn't end up in your spine.
When you come to Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) you'll work through a series of intervals that target different parts of your core each class.
The exercises will differ from class to class and all you ever have to do is give each set your best effort!
Take this class at least 3 times in your first week and watch your body and mind transform!
